Victorinox North America Announces 3 New Hires

Victorinox’s HoReCa/ Foodservice division has hired three new business development sales managers.

They are:

• Van T. Bennett: Bennett brings over 15 years of industry experience, having most recently served as director of sales for Forbes Industries, where he managed 13 manufacturers’ rep groups in the Eastern region. He also previously worked as district sales manager for The Vollrath Co. Now, at Victorinox, he will work as the east region business development sales manager, HoReCa/ Commercial Foodservice, rounding out the commercial cutlery team.

• Julie Hein: A 20-year industry veteran hailing from Waring Commercial (where she was a regional sales manager), Hein previously worked at The Vollrath Co. as a district sales manager. Now, she will lead the central region for Victorinox.

• Amy Peterson: Rounding out the trio of new additions, Peterson will be responsible for Victorinox’s west region. She joins the company from the commercial division at The Vitamix Corp., bringing experience in foodservice distribution, training and selling as well as regional management. Before Vitamix, she was district sales manager at The Vollrath Co.

The individuals will be charged with driving sales growth for the brand’s anchor collection of Fibrox, as well as its new releases of Fibrox HACCP, Swibo, and Dual Grip.
