SIC, the International Coffee Exhibition, will have a smoother layout, plus other features.

Organizers of Host 2025 offered a couple updates related to the SIC, the International Coffee Exhibition, part of the trade show.

This year, SIC, bringing together the bar/coffee machines/vending and coffee/tea sectors, will feature a more fluid layout. The release explains that SIC will be housed in Pavilions 8-12 and 16-20, strategically located in the heart of the exhibition center. These double-level pavilions offer shorter, more intuitive visitor routes, while the skybridge linking Pavilions 12 and 16 on the upper floor ensures movement throughout the entire space.

An additional area in Pavilion 18 (opposite Pavilion 20) will encourage crossover with the gelato and pastry sectors—another show highlight. These sectors will feature a complete range of machinery, equipment, ingredients and solutions for industry professionals.

Organizers also shared that the World Barista Championship will return to Host 2025. Here,  coffee professionals will showcase their skills in preparing espresso-based drinks, milk creations and original signature beverages. It’ll bring together top baristas from over 50 national delegations.

Host 2025 will take place at Fiera Milano in Rho, Italy, from Oct. 17-21.
