Freshii Slates Fresh Equipment Addition

Freshii has started to roll out new high-speed ovens outfitted with what it calls “game-changing technology.” By this summer, the chain expects the equipment to be in place across the bulk of its portfolio, and it will add the equipment across all units by year’s end.

The ovens will add consistency and efficiency in prepping oven-roasted chicken—a staple on the health-conscious QSR’s menu—plus add new options like roasted vegetables and salmon, notes a press release.
