Craveworthy Brands Acquires Dessert Concept
Days after announcing Big Chicken joined its portfolio, the company adds cinnamon roll concept Kinnamons.

Shortly after announcing it had acquired Shaquille O’Neal’s Big Chicken, Craveworthy Brands posted today it has acquired Kinnamons.
Kinnamons serves gourmet cinnamon rolls baked fresh daily with indulgent flavor profiles like caramel apple pie, maple bacon and cookies and cream. The concept formed in 2022 and is backed by NFL star and entrepreneur Ndamukong Suh. It has two locations in Oregon.
Kinnamons aims to scale nationally through a new franchise program. It will lean on Craveworthy’s playbook of operations, marketing, supply chain management, training and more to bring the gourmet cinnamon roll experience to more communities.
“Cinnamon rolls evoke a sense of comfort, nostalgia and indulgence, and the baking segment is seeing incredible potential with demand for gourmet, handcrafted innovations like Kinnamons,” says Gregg Majewski, CEO and founder of Craveworthy, in the release. “At Craveworthy, we search high and low for brands that truly standout and fill a niche gap in the quick-service industry, while holding the unique ability to scale without losing authenticity of its origins.”
Along with Big Chicken and now Kinnamons, Craveworthy’s portfolio includes Bd’s Mongolian Grill, Dirty Dough, Fresh Brothers Pizza, Flat Top Grill, Genghis Grill, Krafted Burger Bar + Tap, Lucky Cat Poke Co., Nomad Dawgs, Pastizza Pizza & Pasta, Scramblin’ Ed’s, Sigri Indian BBQ, Soom Soom Mediterranean, The Budlong Southern Chicken and Wing It On!
