Cooking Equipment Specialist Adds New Role
The service provider taps internal talent to lead a new branch.

As CES East Supervisor, Eddie Singleton is heading up a new service area zone for Cooking Equipment Specialist, which says it experienced “exceptional growth” in 2024.
Singleton will support the customer and service technicians on his team with equipment. He also will oversee scheduling, estimates and billing reviews.
The CES West area remains under the supervision of Kent Estep.
Singleton came from the car wash industry, where he started in 1995 as a technician and moving into roles as service lead, sales, and, ultimately, regional manager of the West U.S. Since joining CES, he has become a CFESA master technician and trainer.
Cooking Equipment Specialist services commercial cooking equipment, operating under the RSI Texas family of brands.
