CFS Brands has made several leadership updates, including the following:

Doug Paulsen has become vice president-integration. Paulsen’s leadership has been key to CFS Brands’ growth, driving strategic acquisitions and market expansion. He continues to lead the integration of Elite Global Solutions, Winco and G.E.T. (The Foodware Group), Araven and Mercer Culinary.

Melissa Pierce now serves as vice president-healthcare. In this role, Pierce will lead sales and product development efforts that focus on the healthcare channel. She also will lead sales growth initiatives across the company with group purchasing organization customers.

Claudio Gutierrez now serves as senior director of manufacturing. In this elevated role, Gutierrez will oversee manufacturing operations at CFS Brands’ Santa Fe and Batavia plants in the U.S. and its Guadalajara, Puebla and Chihuahua locations in Mexico.

Deb Kau has retired after 26 years of dedicated service. Kau has been a pillar of San Jamar, long before its acquisition by CFS Brands, the release says. One of her most notable achievements is designing and being a named patent-holder for the San Jamar Dome Garnish System.

Dennis O’Donnell now serves as vice president-national accounts-foodservice, filling Kau’s role. O’Donnell will lead efforts to expand the company’s foodservice end-user base, focusing on national restaurant chains.

CFS Brands operates Dinex, San Jamar, Sparta, Carlisle FoodService Products, G.E.T., Winco, AyrKing, Araven, Mercer Culinary, El Castor, Piper, Snap Drape, WipesPlus, Jofel, and Marko brands.
