Alto-Shaam has announced two senior promotions on its sales and support team, as well as a new partnership with a manufacturers’ rep.

Tami Olson has taken the role of senior director of national accounts. Olson will be responsible for continuing to expand partnerships with new and existing key accounts. Throughout her 20 years at Alto-Shaam, Olson has held numerous internal and external facing roles, demonstrating drive and growth in becoming a knowledgeable expert on the national chain team, the release says. She most recently served as director of national accounts.

Jennifer Voitek has moved up to director of sales enablement. Voitek joined Alto-Shaam in 2021 as a regional sales manager, later promoted to sales enablement manager in 2023. In this role, she has been driving Alto-Shaam’s learning and development programs for channel partners. In her new role, she will be responsible for continuing to support partners, through implementing new programs, and continue to manage e-commerce dealer and channel business.

Meanwhile, LMS Associates now serves as an Alto-Shaam rep in Texas and Oklahoma. LMS will promote its full portfolio of equipment. Part of the deal includes LMS hosting Alto-Shaam events and demonstrations at the rep’s new training center and kitchen in Coppell, Texas.
