Alto-Shaam Names Senior Hires, Promotions

Alto-Shaam has made several senior additions and promotions to its U.S. general market team. Here are the details:

Justin Harkey now serves as senior vice president of sales. He will be responsible for leading the U.S. general market team in executing and achieving sales growth initiatives and enhancing customer and partner relationships. Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, Harkey served as vice president of sales at ITW. He also has held leadership roles in sales and operations at RATIONAL and Intercontinental Hotels Group.

“Justin’s expertise and proven track record in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships make him an invaluable addition to our team,” says Lucy McQuillan, president of Alto-Shaam, in the release.

Sean Fleming has become regional sales manager-west. Fleming brings more than 32 years of industry experience in the foodservice industry, including 16 years working as a chef in Michelin Star restaurants before transitioning to sales. Most recently, he served as a business development manager at TriMark USA, where he managed sales for the Northern California/Peninsula territory.

Tamara Scott, who joined Alto-Shaam in 2023, has been promoted to senior regional sales manager-southeast. Scott will be responsible for growing and enhancing key relationships with dealers, consultants and major manufacturer representatives throughout the region.

Ryan Hansen, who joined the business in 2018, has been promoted to regional sales manager-north central. Hansen will be responsible for leading sales efforts across the region and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and support are maintained.
