Alto-Shaam Adds Customer Service Rep for EMEA

Alto-Shaam has appointed Edoardo Lanci to the newly created position of customer service representative for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

In his new role, Lanci will be responsible for maintaining customer support and service and working with the manufacturer’s EMEA sales team. He will report to Simon Parke-Davis, vice president of sales for EMEA.

Based in Italy with a degree in foreign languages, Lanci brings more than four years of customer experience to the role, including working at a major international food retailer.

“I’m pleased to welcome Edoardo to our growing team,” says Parke-Davis in a press release. “His experience working within a number of service industry sectors, as well as his fluency in multiple languages, will make him a great addition to our team as we continue to provide the highest quality experience and level of support to our customers across the EMEA region.”
