
Global foodservice equipment specification platform maker Specifi announced today that Jonathan Stephens has been appointed to the newly created position of technical support specialist.
In this role, Stephens will work with UK foodservice equipment industry professionals who use Specifi’s software. Stephens has had previous roles at IMC and has a background in commercial kitchen design, Specifi software, CAD, Revit and Sketchup.
“Specifi has powerful tools to help professionals save time, ease their workflow and grow their businesses,” Stephens said. “I am looking forward to being a key part of their success.”
Stephens will work closely with Nic Banner, Specifi’s vice president of sales, UK & Ireland, who joined the company this fall.
Based in Schaumburg, Ill. with an EMEA office in Venice, Italy, Specifi is owned by Wolters-Althoff Investments, LLC, the investment arm of a family office led by Robert Wolters Jr. WAI manages several technology businesses related to the foodservice equipment sector, including Ignitor Labs, XDX Global, and Foodservice Equipment Reports.
