PIZZA INN has appointed Kendra Shier to the position of marketing v.p. A restaurant and marketing veteran with more than 20 years of industry experience, Shier will guide brand direction as the pizza chain adds new locations, advances its restaurant design and remodels existing locations. Shier most recently served with Melting Pot Restaurants. The Colony, Texas-based Pizza Inn operates about 320 units.
