M.TUCKER COHOSTS MARKETPLACE AT N.Y. HOTEL SHOW

M. Tucker, one of the East Coast’s largest and best-known E&S dealers, is once again co-sponsoring a showcase highlighting the latest in foodservice equipment and supplies innovations and food trends.

The New York Marketplace at next month’s 2010 International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show in New York City will feature 25 exhibiting brands including manufacturers such as Cardinal International, Carlisle, Captive-Aire Systems, Forbes Industries, Lakeside Mfg., Oneida, Libbey and Southbend.

Mainstays such as new product displays and seminars will be enhanced by equipment, servingware, tabletop and furnishings exhibited in four specialty application settings. Seminars will address such topics as New York City’s new restaurant rating system, and healthcare and school foodservice. The IHMRS runs Nov. 13-16 at the Javits Convention Center. Last year, more than 700 hospitality and foodservice suppliers displayed their goods to an estimated 30,000 attendees.
