Radiance, Turbo Air’s Bakery Equipment brand, introduces the new RBDO Deck Oven series. Microprocessor heating control and a consecutive step-by-step control method from 0 to 100% allow even and precise temperature control top and bottom with a heating element per deck. Safety-enforced design incorporates well-rounded corners and increased stabilization of adjustable legs and casters support at the bottom. Steam injection and ceramic stone plates are optional. The oven comes in US and European pan types and is available with 2, 3 or 4 decks.
