The Rapide Cuisine Built-In Induction Range mounts flush with the countertop for a seamless look, while its unique Magnetic Power System (MPS) provides maximum cooking and holding power. Designed and built to handle the rigors of commercial foodservice use, it features an advanced programmable mode to create preset menu items for consistent cooking cycles. A USB port below the control panel allows for downloading updates and adding modes. The IRNG-PB1 models also feature automatic shut-off, Pan Sense Technology (PST) that senses when a compatible pan is placed on top to activate the unit; and a high-resolution color TFT display that communicates precise power, temperature and timer settings.
