Ricca Design Studios Opens Dallas, Phoenix Offices

Two well-known industry veterans will head up Ricca Design Studios’ new satellite offices in Dallas and Phoenix. Principal Ted Doyals will lead all markets in the Dallas office, bringing 25 years of foodservice experience to the table, along with a wide range of skills in project management, fabrication, and retail design. Martin Cowley, Executive Director-Design and Technical Support, is heading the new Phoenix office. Cowley is a 40-plus year veteran of the foodservice industry, who spent the past 27 years with Disneyland Parks and Resorts as senior manager of design and construction. One of this year’s recipients of the NAFEM Award of Merit, he has served as a judge for the NRA’s Kitchen Innovations Awards since the program’s inception. Ricca also has offices in Boston, Denver, New York, San Diego, Charlotte, N.C., and Grand Rapids, Mich.
