Heatcraft Debuts Certification Program For Service Contractors, Technicians

Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration has launched a new Certified Contractor Program to qualified service contractors and individual technicians. The program will initially focus on training for the company’s proprietary refrigeration controls, with expansion to other products to follow.

Certified contractors will have access to exclusive benefits, including recognition by being listed on the Heatcraft website, future training discounts, and access to the Heatcraft Commercial Finance Program.

“As refrigeration products become more complex to comply with pending regulations for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, our customers need to know their Heatcraft systems can be installed and serviced by certified contractors and technicians who are up to date on our technology and have priority access to parts and factory experts,” says Ray Clarke, the Stone Mountain, Ga., company’s director of parts sales and warranty administration.

To qualify for the program, refrigeration contractors or service companies must be properly licensed and insured and must agree to maintain at least one Heatcraft-certified technician at each location.

Complete information on the program can be found at heatcraftrpd.com/contractor/.  Heatcraft also offers hands-on training at various locations, as well as online courses, webinars and videos. More information can be found at heatcraftrpd.com/training/.
