Kendall College

Christopher Koetke, dean of Chicago’s KENDALL COLLEGE SCHOOL OF CULINARY ARTS and v.p. of the Laureate Int’l. Universities Center of Excellence in Culinary Arts, has been honored with the Chefs Collaborative inaugural Pathfinder Award. The award recognizes Koetke’s dedication to raising awareness of sustainability in the foodservice industry. Kendall College launched its sustainability program in 2005, and in ’07, was honored with the Green Award from the Foodservice Consultants Society Int’l., the first such honor presented to a culinary-training program by FCSI.
