Vollrath Hires Mizla To Oversee Consultant Sales

The Vollrath Company has engaged Katharine Mizla, FCSI, as its new Consultant Sales Manager. Mizla will drive new and existing foodservice projects for a variety of industries and work closely with the director of equipment sales to create commercial kitchen designs. She’ll report to Dennis Park, v.p.-foodservice sales

With more than 30 years of experience, Mizla has worked in various sectors of the foodservice industry. Most recently, she served as designer and project manager for TriMark SSKemp in Cleveland. She also has held design management positions with AutoQuotes Inc. and Cini-Little International. Mizla is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), from which she has received certification for Construction Document Technician.
