Two key promotions in YUM! BRANDS’ China Division: Sam Su has been named chairman and CEO, while Mark Chu will serve as president and COO. Su, the former president of the China Division, will continue as vice chairman for Yum!’s Board of Directors. And Chu, who previously served as chief development officer, will oversee all of the brand teams for the China Division as well as restaurant excellence, franchise development and construction. Yum! operates about 3,550 restaurants in more than 650 cities in mainland China.
