Stoelting Taps Viola Group As New England Rep

Stoelting Foodservice, the Kiel, Wis., division of The Vollrath Co. and maker of frozen-dessert equipment, has selected The Viola Group as its new manufacturers’ representative for sales of its frozen-dessert equipment in New England. The Madison, Conn., firm, led by David Viola, will cover Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
