Boelter, Robert Gill & Co. Merge

The Boelter Cos. has acquired Orland Park, Ill.-based Robert Gill & Co., expanding the Waukesha, Wis., giant’s presence in the Chicago-area healthcare and hospital foodservice market segment. Paul, Bill and Steve Gill will join the Boelter organization.

Founded in Milwaukee in 1929, the firm offers foodservice and janitorial supplies, contract commercial and institutional foodservice equipment and food facility design in seven offices throughout the U.S.; its related business units include Boelter Beverage Group and Boelter Brands.
