TriMark USA Grows To 12 Divisions With Purchase Of Federighi Design

Two months after it strengthened its presence in the South by acquiring Georgia-based Century Concepts, distribution giant TriMark USA has purchased San Francisco Bay-based Federighi Design.

The design house, headquartered in Richmond, Calif., was established in 1942 by George Federighi, who also helped found Stero Dishwashing Mfg. Current Pres. George Federighi Jr. will continue to serve as president of the newly renamed TriMark Federighi, as well as work closely with TriMark Economy Restaurant Fixtures, also headquartered in San Francisco, to expand their contract capabilities. The firm now offers in-house installation, as well as an equipment service and repair department.

TriMark USA, headquartered in South Attleboro, Mass., now has 12 divisions providing design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry.
