PRIDE Centric Resources has promoted Cara Schlarb to executive vice president of vendor strategy.

In her new role, Schlarb will partner closely with PCR President and CEO Greg Ebel to define and execute the organization’s long-term strategic direction. She will lead initiatives designed to enhance vendor engagement, develop programs, and align operational resources across PCR to serve shareholders, dealers and vendor partners.

Since joining PCR in 2019, Schlarb has played an instrumental role in shaping vendor strategy and strengthening the organization’s collaborative partnerships across the foodservice industry, notes the release.

“Cara has been an exceptional leader for PCR and our shareholders,” Ebel says. “Her strategic insight, commitment to our partners and ability to translate vision into meaningful programs have had a significant impact on our organization. As PCR continues to evolve and enter the next phase of our operational transformation, Cara’s leadership will be instrumental in helping us scale our impact, strengthen our partnerships, and drive long-term growth across our network.”
