Notes From CFESA: New Tech Training

CFESA is offering a specialized training course to assist our members with training their new-hire technicians, as well as those looking to enter the foodservice equipment repair industry.

The candidates for this course will have little to no knowledge or skill set of the industry. This five-day class will act as the spring board of their career, and future training. The curriculum covers:

  • company expectations
  • customer service
  • safety & regulations
  • kitchen equipment operation
  • basic principles of electric, gas and steam
  • hands-on equipment training
